Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of their order within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is dispatched, whichever is earlier.

Cancellation Approval

Cancellation requests are subject to verification and approval by the company.

Refunds

If payment has already been made and the cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original mode of payment.

Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders that have already been shipped or delivered cannot be cancelled.

Company Rights

The company reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent transactions, or other unforeseen issues. In such cases, a full refund will be provided, if applicable.
